iWish: Wishlist

After selecting the App I contacted them for the free install 5 times. 4 days later after a couple more emails I still can't get an answer, nothing at all, no response! I ended up installing it myself which is quite easy but the button placement is a complete pain in butt, that's a really tough thing to get right if you don't have any experience with code. I finally got it to sit in the footer which I am mildly happy with, I am not at all impressed that I have haven't even had one email to say "we are busy and will help you soon" nothing at all, talking to brick wall would have been more helpful. So if you are looking for a quick install by these guys don't hold your breathe. The app itself is not bad, not amazing either. May remove, yet to decide. For the whole experience including how the app works and customer service, I have to give it a 2, I am sick of waiting, how hard is it to send a quick email to acknowledge that someone needs help with their supposedly FREE HELP/Setup! If you are at all unsure about being able to do it yourself due to having no experience I wouldn't attempt it, I'd wait for them to do it for you whenever that would be. I even took the time to create access for them too on my account, what a waste of time that was!

This application is distinguished in terms of stability and affordability. It does the job seamlessly. In addition, customer service and technical support is so strong, responsive, and always cooperative with customization. A safe and proper choice for any scale.

Appears to have not have been not working on our site for months. Don't set and forget. Pay for a better one.

This app is problematic in odd ways and support is inconsistent. In my experience, emails are answered about two weeks later and the problems I'm reporting are not getting fixed. It's only $2 so I suppose you get what you pay for...

For $2 a month you really can't go wrong! I have had some complaints of it not working properly but for the most part my customers love it. http://www.treehuggerclothpads.com

Very proffesional app, with super fast custom installation to my theme, it looks beautiful in my shop. Of course highly recomment.

Excellent. Really impressed with the setup process, it was made to match my theme and works very well. A bargain.

For 2 USD per month this app has an unbeatable price quality ratio!I am usually not willing to pay extra for additional apps and I am sure that there are many out there who think that way. But for 2 USD even I can make an exception!IThere are free alternatives out there however I needed an app which language can be completely customized. And it does work like a charm after the developers took care of everything!
