Been using this app since November 2, 2017. For nearly 8 years it has been great. At the beginning of February 2025, we've been getting an error in iWish - "There was an error in the third-party application". Been reaching out for 2 weeks (at the time of writing this), and it's never been the same. Been going back and forth with them to fix and put their app back to the way it was before. Now, very slow and laggy, and the features they once coded in are gone. We've also been receiving recently a few customer email complaints stating that our mobile site had issues with certain things not working, which I thought was caused by another app developer. Tonight, re-uploaded a backup which fixed everything customers were complaining about. Was running some tests (no coding... simply running through the paces) and noticed my mobile site was broken again after 1 hour. Looked through Settings -> General -> Store Activity Log... and found out this whole time it was in fact iWish breaking my theme. (No one else logged in after I did the upload). Not sure what has happened since the first day using iWish... But the company is definitely not the same nor is the dev team. Now have to fix everything again, and struggle to find another Wishlist app, as iWish can no longer be trusted to work and/or implement anything on my theme. Very disappointed!
I have been using the app for about a year and have found it to be excellent. The pricing is very competitive, and the support team is incredibly responsive. They have promptly assisted me with installation and reconfiguration whenever my theme has been updated. Avinash, in particular, has been attentive to my requests and has patiently customized the app to meet my specific needs.
The app's features and appearance are top-notch, and the support provided by the team is outstanding. I would rate both the app and the support 5 stars.
Well done to the iWish team
I've been using this app on another store since 2022, and it has always been great. I encountered some issues when setting it up for a new store in early 2025, but the support team quickly fixed them and handled the installation. Now everything works perfectly!
The team were able to help me get the wishlist app looking and functioning better and it was easy to communicate with them. They were happy to make small changes and communicated once they were done so i could check the progress.

De app werkt voor bezoekers erg prettig. Werken al bijna 6 jaar. Met de nieuwe versie heeft de support afdeling geholpen de app in de shop te integreren. Heel fijn, ze werken snel en geen vraag is te veel. Aanrader!
