The app is simply amazing, it works in a million ways, it's fast, reliable and extremely customizable. Hemadri is part of the support team and if you ever need any hand holding he is always there, minutes away with a solution guaranteed!
I'll say this is my favorite app in terms of revenue generation that I've ever had.

Lots of customers are saying that when they apply codes they don't apply correctly or at all. (we know shopify codes are working) on our end but something in the icart app is finicky lol

The app is very, very good for upselling, and is great with customization. I tried to disable discounts while still using the Progress Bar because I wanted to use my existing discount setup in Shopify, but it wasn't possible - they should work on giving the option to deactivate their own discounting system. The customer care has been extremely helpful on multiple occassions for other customizations that required some specific coding. CAN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

Customer service is a 10/10. Hemadri and Manoj respond so quickly with any questions or queries. We are regularly updating our iCart incentives so need regular support and they are always happy to help and solve any issues in the quickest time.
