We really like the look and feel of this app, and we immediately saw an increase in both order totals and in upsells. We did have a technical issue initially, due to a javascript collision with another app, but the Identixweb team helped to pinpoint the issue and we resolved it. This app has worked really well in providing shipping, local delivery & shipping options for my customers. I also use the iCart add on which works really well to upsell complimentary items and the addition of a card message. I sometimes have had technical issues that need attention however with persistence and communication identixweb have resolved and improved their apps.

The UI design is very easy to navigate and the features are quite powerful! I've been looking for apps that can provide non-intrusive upsell functions with the flexibility of setting triggering products and their bundled items and this is it! You can certainly do a lot with the sticky cart drawer.
