Chandi is the mos knowledgeable and helpful chat support! I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use of the panel. You can change colors and turn off features as you like. The online chat person was on the spot and offered great help. I would recommend for sure!!!

It is a great app, that helps you upsell products, once you install the app you can customize things and the support team is also good.

Service client vraiment présent, qui prend le temps de répondre à toute les questions et à nous aider en cas de problème.
Cependant, nous avons des bugs avec la mise en ligne de nouveau tunnel de vente avec cette application. Ca nous a aussi ralenti le site, et nous a apporté un taux de conversion plus bas.
