IF returns ha facilitado muchísimo el proceso de cambios y devoluciones con nuestros clientes.
Es una aplicación super útil ya que se pueden gestionar los cambios y devoluciones de una manera mucho más fácil y clara con unos pocos de clicks.
Gracias a IF returns también hemos notado que muchos clientes optan por el cambio antes de hacer devoluciones gracias al sistema para retener el dinero en tienda.
En general 100% recomendable.

iF Returns è davvero un'ottima app per la gestione dei resi. L'esperienza del cliente finale è molto piacevole, ben intuitiva sia graficamente che nei vari steps per il completamente del reso.
La parte back end è facile e chiara. C'è la possibilità di integrare tanti corrieri, scegliere le tantissime motivazioni del reso, metodi di rimborso ed impostare diverse regole.
Altri 2 aspetti molto molto positivi: la possibilità di rimborsare i resi con 1 click e tutta la parte di comunicazione con lo staff di iF Returns, sempre disponibilissimi e molto preparati. 5 stelle!
