I initially left a 1-star review because I was frustrated with automation issues and confusion around the subscription cancellation process.

After posting my review, Daniel reached out very quickly, explained the billing timeline clearly, and refunded the charges right away. I truly appreciate how fast and respectfully they handled the situation once it was brought to their attention.

While I still believe the cancellation process could be clearer to avoid misunderstandings, I’m grateful for the prompt support and the effort to resolve everything professionally.

We love the idea of designing one post that goes out to FB, IG and Pinterest. For some reason, however, we’re not able to connect to our Instagram account. We’re thus afraid to upgrade to the paid plan as we need assurance that we can connect with and establish a shop with IG as well.

I am a new starter, all the videos and friends are telling me use the facebook&and Instagram connect app on Shopify to build up the online shop. But the truth is most the functions are locked to the old one and no longer availble. For this app, it would not setup the shop but only sending shoping links to your posts.

This looks like a great app so far! A little disappointed that the url for the posts doesn't have my website listed url listed and has a generic url instead.
