Rocket Image Optimizer & SEO

Hello,

I find your app very useful for my shop and have been using it for quite some time. However, I frequently encounter an issue where the Image Optimizer app for SEO image optimization does not start.

Sometimes, uninstalling and reinstalling the app resolves the issue, but currently, even that is not working, and the app simply won’t start.

Additionally, I find it unfortunate that there is no support available for inquiries or technical problems. Could you assist me with this issue? If the problem is resolved, I will be happy to adjust my review accordingly.

Theres very little customisation offered, just a one click optimise button for images and once it starts you can't stop it without uninstalling the app. I also can't easily restore multiple photos, you have to do them one by one and the page reloads in between. One final thing is I asked it to adjust my alt text by Product name - Product Vendor.. but the preview while its getting them done shows the optimised Alt text without the vendor while some of the original alt text contained the vendor (shown in the adjacent column). I'm hoping it doesn't remove all the alt text vendor details but time will tell. I also hope it doesn't keep reducing image size every time you run it

Fast optimization of the thousands of images we have, but it did change the order of all of them. Now we need to go through 3000 products and re-arrange them.
