I think it did what it was supposed to do, but my website didn't speed up, which was my motivation behind the optimization.

Not only does this app give a much needed service for a very small price, but they also have great customer service. I was able to get my website from a 75 to an 86 through the combination of optimizing my images as well as providing personalized help for my own store. I thought there was an issue with the app but the "issue" turned out to be something on the Shopify end. I was helped by Vitalii to solve this "issue" even though there was nothing wrong with their app. Wonderful customer service!

Fantastic app - so simple, install and optimise! My optimised image file sizes are now 28% smaller. Love the fact that I don't have to sign up to a monthly fee and are just charged per image from my accounts credit.

I see a little low quality after compression

I had some images that weren't being optimized. I asked for help and while these images turned out to not be product images (they were banners and other images in the site), they gave me direction on how to fix it, and even sent me some resized images. They didn't have to go that extra mile, but they did! Very helpful and fast communication!

Thos app did work well. It now requires a subscription. To my surprise, I can no longer trigger the image optimization feature. Image Optimizer now claims it will periodically look up for new images and optimize them.

Google page speed scores are way down Google is warning me about image sizes. So I thought, why not activate Image Optimizer, after all, I am paying $4.99/month for it to optimize my site images.

According to the app. the last time it completed any optimizations was 11/26/2016 and was triggered by me. Today is 12-01-16, It's been two weeks and since any optimization happened. How periodic are is the app optimize cycle? Since the app changes to a subscription service, it has done nothing.
