Impact.com failed to deliver the product that was sold to us. After months of effort, the platform proved overly complex, inefficient, and misaligned with our needs, delivering none of the functionality, usability, or productivity gains represented during the sales process. When we raised these concerns and requested a reasonable early termination, Impact’s response was to hide behind contract language rather than address the substance of the failure. Polite emails aside, the position was clear: outcomes don’t matter, performance doesn’t matter, and fees are owed regardless. Once off‑boarding begins, Impact bears virtually no ongoing cost, yet offers zero accountability or flexibility. If you’re evaluating Impact, understand that their commitment to customer success appears to end at contract signature, and the risk sits entirely with you.
