impact.com Affiliate Marketing

Impact has made our paylay into affiliate marketing very seamless. Its really comprehensive and tracking all our outside publishers. The reporting and features are very extensive, its so many that I feel like we have not touched all features yet. . We use impact throughout the day and I find the customer support team very prompt and helpful with any issues we may have. Our account manager is very active and always ready to lend a hand to support us.

We shifted from Partnerize to Impact and have never looked back. The direct integration means we no longer have to manually pass back transaction approvals, the platform is user-friendly and our account has great support.

Its a complicated set up for an affiliate network. Will take some time to get used to it. There a good walk thrus.

Impact was very responsive and proactive during the contract signing and implementation stages. However, after using the service for over a month, I changed my mind. Once the contract is signed, Impact doesn't seem to care about its customers. I raised a minor issue with email synchronization a month ago and asked Impact to resolve it, but it remains unresolved until now.

We transitioned from Rakuten to Impact, and are loving the success that we are seeing. Onboarding was fast and very user-friendly. We love the diverse mix of publishers that being on Impact allows us to reach.

Fantastic UI and a great marketplace with established partners our brand is interested in partnering with. Impact has been everything we have been looking for and more so far. A big thank you to Roxanne and Nunzio for helping us onboard and getting us live in a timely manner.

Overpriced. They lock you into 12 month contracts. Low quality affiliates in their marketplace. We started getting fraudulent orders for the first time in 6 years after signing up. I think if you're a large brand simply looking for a way to manage your existing affiliate payments, this would be adequate software, but you could certainly find a cheaper alternative on the Shopify app store if that's all you wanted. If you're looking to drive actual revenue from their affiliate partners, look elsewhere. So far this has been a huge loss of ROI for us. Wish we could cancel but they won't let us. We are not at all happy and they are forcing us to pay for this for another 9 months. Clearly a company that cares more about it's own bottom line than any customer satisfaction. Find an alternative.

Great support from Impact to get our integration finalised. I don't have a straight forward store and needed extra support from their tech team to confirm it was setup correctly. Jamie was really helpful in providing tailored support to complete the validation testing. The platform so far has been easy to use. Thanks Joel and Jamie at Impact
