Its a complicated set up for an affiliate network. Will take some time to get used to it. There a good walk thrus.
great support. for some reason impact.coms traffic is not showing on shopify.
We transitioned from Rakuten to Impact, and are loving the success that we are seeing. Onboarding was fast and very user-friendly. We love the diverse mix of publishers that being on Impact allows us to reach.

We had a great experience with our sales rep, Matt - and our onboarding team was just as helpful in getting us live in less than a week (despite my setup mistakes). Platform is intuitive and easy to integrate.

Every Impact team member I have worked with thus far has been so lovely and quick to help. Creating account set up was fairly easy, but I sought out support to make sure I had completed the steps correctly. Janine Tuntuwa was and continues to be so kind, patient, and helpful to make sure I am set up for success on Impact. I am so thankful for her help!

I knew I made a mistake when the Impact team offered me a $100 gift card to provide a 5 star review immediately after I signed a 1 year contract. The Impact app and portal were not even set up yet for my store. Then I would learn that Impact would not provide any case studies or best practices with me. I only learned much later from agencies that started pitching me their affiliate management services through Impact that Impact doesn't provide any guidance like I was seeking but I was expecting based on the Impact sales pitch. According to one agency, they said I was mislead by Impact and that only the 3rd party agencies provide the guidance and support I was requesting. This was a terrible investment (about $6,500 for 12 months) for me as someone new to affiliate marketing.
