We decided to move our affiliate program from another Shopify App over to Impact this past month. Although it's more expensive, it's a much more robust piece of software and does exactly what we want as an 8 figure brand.

The onboarding process has been very easy and everything went very smoothly. Their team (we worked with Bianca & Tom) were both super helpful.

Highly recommend Impact!

I've been using it for about 1.5 - 2 months, here's my realistic experience
1- Yes, some people apply to you for affiliate marketing, but the incoming traffic is 15 times a day.
2- As there was no sale, there was not even a cart addition.
3- Even though there was a $30 fee, they took $150 off my credit card for 1.5 months. I was not consulted. What do you say to those who make more money than you? And they don't ask anything
4- I asked for my money back and demanded that my account be closed. Of course, even though they said they would refund your money, 15 days passed and the money they took over did not go to my account.
5- my store format last week

I signed up with Impact to expand the reach of my company with influencers and set up affiliate programs. I spent a fair amount of time and energy and all we received were fraudulent orders which was a royal timesuck and headache. After a while we lost our mojo to continue moving forward with the platform. I asked them if they would be open to pausing our subscription and reinstating some of our time because of the headaches. They said that is not our policy. Everyone that I have talked with at the company has been very friendly but it has not been a very good experience for us. If you work with them I hope you have better luck.

The starter plan does not give you the capability to search for partners. You also cannot work with reviewers or content creators. The only tasks you can give partners are promo codes. But the AI will sendS you applicants that do content reviews and influencers. You can NOT work with influencers on the starter plan. It is a hassle to upgrade your plan as you cannot do so with a live agent.
