Improved Contact Form

Great app! Easy to install, easy to customize text before the contact form. My favourite feature is that the app will tell you which pages has the visitor been to before leaving a message using the contact form.

It doesn't work and it doesn't integrate well with Mailchimp.
Customer support very poor! The guy is rude... Don't waste your time and money.

Hi Dan,
That's simply not true. Indeed I responded 'Thanks, Awsome' but that was response on your first email. After that, I checked if the Mailchimp integration works and it didn't work on my side. I asked my friends in different countries to subscribe to my newsletter and that failed too. Your app didn't sync with my MailChimp account. I wrote to you again about the problem and I got this response:
' I have already confirmed that everything is working on your website. I have attached a screenshot for you. You do not need to send me any screenshots, I cannot do anything beyond what I've already done in verifying that everything works as intended.'
I didn't respond to this message at all. One star is well earned for your lack of patience in dealing with customers. If you charge $12/Month one would expect that basic problems could be solved?

It is kind of amazing that Shopify themes don't automatically include basic Contact Us page layouts and if they did, there would be no need for Improved Contact's app. Anyway, I love this free app! I reached out to Dan asking if I could add an extra field to ask for their customer's wedding date. While this wasn't possible, he suggested I simply rename the Subject field as "Your Wedding Date". When I wasn't able to make this save (I got some kind of a "sad face" on the screen), Dan did it for me. Thanks, Dan for creating this app!

Surprised how easy it is to add value quickly to the site. We've been looking for something like this for a while and happy we chose this one.

Very good contact app , it can place a simple contact form or make a popup contact button.

Seems to work ok, but for the life of me I cannot understand why the e-mail field has no e-mail validation, doesn't even check for an @ sign ?

This little app is super subtle and just clips onto the footer bar of your website. When you click on it it just opens as a pop up and looks very professional. Fits in really well with the clean style of my website and is just generally perfect!

This app is just what I was looking for, simple to use and took seconds to set up!
