seems to look good instructions a bit basic, more instructions actually when they describe the shopify import not their own. PROBLEM: Same as other user! Everytime we import our automated sheet from suppliers with new stock and quantities etc.. Ho installato questa app circa 2 settimane fa e da subito dava problemi ho fatto il piano a pagamento per vedere se cambiava qualcosa ma nulla, mi duplicava i prodotti e ora per giunta mi da un errore. Ho mandato diverse email all'assistenza ma nulla non mi hanno mai risposto.
Confermo la poco serietà e la poco affidabilità di questa applicazione ma cosa piu grave l'assenza di assistenza. NON ...

Après un dysfonctionnement sur les règles d'import et de mise à jour des visuels, le support a rapidement analysé et apporté un correctif sur le module en me précisant l'option supplémentaire apportée. Cela fonctionne parfaitement. Bravo et merci pour cette réactivité.

Great app that helps us to import custom files in our store. Also, we have tried to setup basic dropshipping workflow and got into some issues which support where able to solve quickly, good and fast communication.

I need help: everytime i import a .CSV from an URL, the products are added instead of only rewrtitten the information that is changed. I need to know how to solve this. I have 12K products and now i have to delete all products and add them again... hence, I can not change items (URL, extra Tags, variants) since i have to delete all items and import them again.

please help me.

We used an app to import custom CSV files and update products stock by schedule - works great. Talked to support and they where quick and friendly, UX can be better and also more detailed manual is required but with upcoming roadmap sounds very promising and should help you save time compare to default shopify import
