Unsere KI-gesteuerte App vereinfacht den Import und Export von Produkten, Kund:innen und Bestellungen. Sie unterstützt die Dateiformate CSV, XML, XLSX und Google Sheets sowie Datei-Uploads über Google Drive, FTP und als Standard-Upload. Mit geplanten Profilen lassen sich Updates automatisieren und Drittanbieter-Attribute für ein effizientes Datenmanagement nahtlos mit Shopify-Feldern verknüpfen. Das spart Zeit bei manuellen Aufgaben. Zudem können Exportprozesse durch Filter und die Anpassung von Shopify-Spaltennamen an beliebige Drittanbieter-Anforderungen optimiert werden. Great app that helps us to import custom files in our store. Also, we have tried to setup basic dropshipping workflow and got into some issues which support where able to solve quickly, good and fast communication.
ıts not easy to get your payment back !!!! there is no any link for refund...Also shopify adresses to 3rd paty app developers to pay back which you dont use in your system...but shopify cuts the bills..
Unfortunately I had chosen this application for re-ntimporting our products after an accidental delete. When a user wants to import products, it is 99% urgent.
Not only the upload was all the times unsuccesful, there was also a 2 days delay in any questions, finally the problem was not solved.
So I used the same csv file which was rejected by this application, and imported them again using the Shopify classical way

We are very sorry that your import didn’t work and that our replies felt slow when you needed help quickly. We understand the stress of restoring products after an accidental delete and regret adding to it.
Your CSV contained a mix of comma‑ and semicolon‑delimited rows, which kept our parser from matching the data to Shopify fields. That’s why the upload stalled. We should have spotted that sooner and explained it more clearly.
We have shortened first‑reply time in urgent tickets to under 4 hours.
If you’re still missing any products, our team will clean your CSV and import the file for you at no charge.
