I encountered a script issue which prevented customers from placing a gift item into their cart. I contacted In Cart Upsell and they responded very quickly and professionally to take care of the issue on a Saturday afternoon. Their communication and level of care was outstanding, and they quickly resolved the issue.

We switched from the debut to turbo theme and had difficulties transitioning. After reaching out to support, issue was almost IMMEDIATELY resolved! Great customer services and an even better product.
