At first I couldn't get it to do what I needed it to do, but I messaged Will and he got back to me the same day. He tweaked a few things and I was up and running immediately. Excellent customer service, and a very useful straightforward app that does what it says on the tin. Love it! Thank you!
Just launched the app yesterday for a specific use case and wasn't sure how to begin. Lasandra was awesome in helping us get setup and launched. Can't wait to see what else we can do with the app.

Excellent Application and Great support service.
The application works perfectly on our Shopify theme.
The application offers an additional item for sale within the cart and I am sure that this will increase our sales.
Easy settings of rules that enable us to offer the right product for the purchased item.
The support is excellent. We contacted Will from incartupsell.com and he responded immediately. He solved our issue promptly.

Great app and excellent customer support. Easy to install and videos are very helpful. Highly recommend this app, upsell's definitely increase AVO, just look at the statistics. The app is an asset, not a liability! It makes you money.

Excellent application. It's use has resulted in increased sales for products that are often overlooked. Works well! Would like to see an option for a bit more control over frequency of display relative to other items in the rotation.
I am currently using the Free version. The customer service is not bad. They reply asap & quite helpful! Just may need to communicate a few times to get what you really need done. Otherwise good service!
