had the app for about 1 week and noticed my sales were down. played about with my site for abit and found out when the app pops up it removes the payment button so custermars couldn't pay!! removed the app and sale are back on track. overall the app was good, just need to fix that bug

Easy to use, clean layout, good functionality. Would just prefer a few more active upsells in the cheaper plan.
I recommend this app. It's the first time i'm using it and had some difficulties to parameter my offer.
Support team was very efficient and Denis guided me to find a solution. In a couple of minutes everything is working well.
App is easy to use and fast to manage (create offers etc.)
I particularly appreciate many triggers so I will be able to custom offer for every product.

I had some technical issues (my fault). Sent an email for assistance and received almost immediate reply and detailed help. Problem was resolved and all questions answered at lightning speed!
The In Cart Upsell team is super helpful! They help me fix and go through installation in a breeze. That was best. The app itself still needs some adjusting, interface needs more work, but all in all a good decision

The app was easy to install and the support team was very responsive and willing to help with customization. However, we had issues with the app affecting our page loading speed, and conversion was very low. Ultimately, we decided that the moderate amount of increased sales was not worth the site speed hit and uninstalled the app.
