Great app and great service! I actually uninstalled the app as I thought it wasn't compatible for what I wanted. Will from the team reached out to me and personally fixed my issue. Since then, Will has installed on 2 other stores for me too - never experienced service like it with any other app! Seeing some results already after 24 hours.
5 stars for sure!
Incredible customer service. Helped me to get set up and get the upsells to appear native to our site. I have no doubt that this will significantly increase revenues when in full-effect

This is by far the best Upsell we've used and most importantly, the developer helps out with basic customization requests which is really useful. I decided to jump onto this for another store that sells high value products in the $299-$699 range and our single In Cart Upsell has done 7.8% conversion rate in 24 days. So I'll leave you to decide if this is worth the low price! Thanks.
I use this app. It is so easy to use and not intrusive to the customers. I love how the support is, they are really helpfull and they actually fix the app for you if something is not working properly. So nice, I recommend it to everyone who wants a good upsell app with good support.

First off, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I just installed it yesterday and I will review again after a few weeks.
I can tell you that Will at Awesome-Software really cares! I ran into some difficulties and questions and Will was so quick to respond and help out that I was blown away that there are still people who stand by their product to that level.
