Amazing customer service which helped at a critical time for us to get this going before our Cyber Monday sale went live! We started setting this up only couple hours before our promotion was planned to go live on a Sunday night and didn't expect anyone to be available or get back to us to get this done on time. We've been using In Cart Upsell since February, and our year-to-date batch shows a massive increase in items added before checkout. Hands down the best app I've ever used on Shopify. Easy interface, too.

I offer free shipping, and one of the great benefits to this app is that it encourages customers who are already making a purchase to add another item to their shopping cart which is a huge benefit to me because another hat or beanie only adds about 50 cents to my shipping costs so it's a huge win! Very happy with it
