Love this app and it is the exact type of chat we are looking for to get connect with our customer 24/7.

Intergrates well with shopify and centralizes a lot of social media platform messages within the shopify backend.

I made a test question and return message and this app responded immediately. This is going to be one of my favorite apps!

I sell Panoxol a Patented Herbal supplement that lowers blood pressure. This is a tricky category. Shopify Inbox was helpful to allow me to answer product questions right away for my customers. I have nothing to compare against except Facebook.

It works flawless, good tool for interacting with your customers. :)

This allows me to help customers in real time and keep people from leaving the site because they have a question about our products. It also allows me to see themes and better work my website to help make information more clear for my customers.

Easy to use, easy to set up and easy to organise. Links with my store with ease. Would be good to be able to answer messages within my admin. Other than that, good app.
