I really like that we can see customer activity within the chat app, and I can address their questions without having to wait for them to let me know what is going on
Great app! Works well and has helped increase my sales. I use it almost every day on both my phone and desktop and allows me to communicate with my customers quickly and anywhere!

I didn't think I would like this app at first, due to some differences with the chat app I used on my old website. However, I actually really like this one! I really like how the chat threads stay in the system just like text messages, they don't disappear when the customer leaves the chat.
