it is working well. very quick answers are expected by customers but app works well and updates quickly
I have not tried the app yet, only downloaded it. I am hoping that it being a Shopify app it works better than ZenDesk. Zendesk has turned out to always be a problem. I have to reinstall every once in a while. Way too complicated for me.

Goede app, jammer dat je per shop moet in/uitloggen. Zeer handig dat je kan zien van welke pagina de klant een bericht stuurt.
This app simply doesn’t work. The worst part is that I thought it was working fine until this morning when I opened it up and there were all of a sudden dozens of unread conversations going back months. It looks like I’ve been receiving about 10% of my messages the whole time I’ve been using the app. I’m really horrified that all these customers have been ignored because this app didn’t A) notify me of the messages and B) show them in the inbox.

was very good. I can speak with my clients every day, every hours. It is a good and useful application.
This app is a convenient and swift way to communicate with customers. I'm glad I downloaded this on my store
It's really helpful, Some of the customers chatted with us online and we could provide them immediate feedback and address their issues immediately. They really appreciated the promptness.
It would be better if we did not have to login every-time. Once we are in Shopify Admin we should be able to open the inbox caller to respond.
