So far this app has worked well. Can't think of any other features it needs. Would advise adding it to your site.

Gostei da interface com o Instagram e da rapidez no aviso das mensagens no celular. Prático e eficaz.

Good free chat. The only problem is that it doesn't support multilanguage translation. We have to choose a main language to display for all customers. Bad for international ecommerce.
