Bonne application en générale. Nous avons plusieurs sites de commerce et malheureusement l'application ne permet pas d'être authentifié sur deux sites en même temps. De plus, ça ne rassemble pas tous les messages des différents canaux. Fonctionne bien malgré tout, work in progress et pour le prix, on ne peut pas se plaindre.

This is a great feature. I love the fact that I was able to directly reply to customers emails. I hope this resume helps a lot of you guys.

Overall good and super simple to use, but could be improved. Please add a way to research conversations by name/order number. Another useful feature would be the ability to tag customers with custom-tags.

I Like how this app connects me to my customers better. i would like a way to forward notifications to my facebook messenger as i dont always see notifications in app.

In terms of you not receiving notifications, this is something that our developers are aware of and they are going to be shipping an update soon that should resolve this issue. I love to use Inbox to communicate with my customers. I find it much better than email. I can recommend it. Also the integration is very easy. I believe our web shop visitor like to use the tool, as well. It's quicker for them than using the contact form.
