Useful and simple, 5 stars Use this app, don't forget to download an mobile app on you phone it gonna help a lot
Very easy to setup, some very good features like direct links to product pages... and being able to provide discount codes online. We have only been using the app for a few days, but can definitely see the potential.
I like seeing customer details ( eg their order number or 'add to cart' info) with their chat. Its good that it merges with FB messenger
This app is very easy to use, & I really like how I get notifications sent right to my email when I have unanswered messages. Also very convenient that all the messages from all my sales channels go here.
Very happy about this app. Very easy to use and functional . All products are linked which is very easy to forward customers.
It's great! Customers are using it a lot and it is easy for us to manage and use. I like the mobile app to. Sometimes notification flags do not reflect when a notification item has been cleared.

When a customer messages you, Ping will send you a push notification (as long as you have notifications turned on and you are logged in). Also, the customer will see a red indicator dot on the Chat icon if you have responded to their message when the Chat widget is closed.

Great app but need more flexibility. Please add ability to add collections (not just products) and link to pages (instead of full URL) on shopify site within instant answers and when replying. Please also add ability to integrate chat in contact us page and as a link to pop open a chat box from anywhere (e.g. from product page) vs. just the static icon floating at the bottom of the page. Please allow more customization of the chat button including text / font / bold and outline color so for instance a black button shows up when over black because there is a white outline.

I didn't know that my notifications were off I am setting them back on. This way I won't miss them.
