Shopify inbox is great with seamless integration with Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Message, however, customers are not able to send images from the website live chat, which is something essential for customers to be able to send images. Extra options and flexibility shall come to Instant answers, like Check Orders, Edit Orders, Edit Shipping Address.
Track my order also needs some flexibility to be able to change the link from Thank You page to Order Tracking page, which it is the information customers usually looking for. We hope to have Inbox with some great updates very soon. Abdelaal

Hace poco tiempo que la he instalado en mi web, pero de momento me parece genial, muy fácil y funciona bastante bien.
vraiment utile il me permet de convertir les clients qui ont des questions au moment de l achat. ils écrivent souvent pour poser une question et quand tu es en ligne tu réussi à les convertir.
This app would be a world more useful if you can change the ringtone as the current one is extremely difficult to hear if the phone is in its usual place... my pocket!!!

Unfortunately, changing the notification sound on a third party app is a limitation of Apple devices. You can universally raise or lower the volume, but not change the sound.

Hard for me to give five stars on anything these days, but this little add-on works excellent for the intended purpose.
Nothing to add. Does it's Job very smoothly. It is embedded to your shop as a sales channel. FAQ and premade answers are a good tool.
The app is light, manageable on different devices, but most of the time it has hiccups or it doesn't work at all. Pity: it could be a real asset!

Great but please you need to add a search feature to be able to find past conversations more easily.

Like reviews before, the (1) impacts SEO greatly. This plugin needs a feature to remove this or needs to stop adding a (1) to your page's title. One star until its changed as its a big issue :/

The app automatically vanishes from the store and then have to download again, can this be fixed?
