It's got potential but still needs work. I rarely seem to get the notifications and miss chats often. While I'm covered with the email responses I would like to be more responsive to my customers. ** Update! Getting much better!!

It is a nice customer service app to add to be able to converse with our customers and to be alerted to when they ask questions and need answers. It can be done at all hours and we personally find that convenient

Werkt goed, kan wel wat verbeteringen krijgen maar het is gratis dus kun je niet te veel verlangen.

So any new potential leads or sales are not lost by being able to beat the competition to satisfy your customers questions in an instant.

We like Shopify Inbox except for the exception that (as far as we know) it can't be shut off when we are not available to answer. This is frustrating for our customers.
