The App is almost perfect. One thing I don't like is, that the user has give the Name and E-Mail before a conversation is possible. I can see the advantages.
But not everybody would like to give the name. So we have much less Chat conversions then we had with Tawk.to.
It would be nice to have a setting, where this can be enabled or disabled.

I love getting notifications so I never miss an inquiry from a customer. The only thing is I don't know if it screens spam or bots.
Very easy to use and has being a great aid to growing the business and is hassle free. If your a new business i would highly recommend.
This is a great app so far. Would love a way to bookmark, star, or prioritize open chats or create some kind of ticketing system. As sometimes there is follow-up required with some questions.
Also would love the ability to save/organize/tag chats.

It's a good spot to interact with customers. Can be a little cumbersome when not immediate and it flips to emailing.
It's a very direct way to communicate with customers.
