dont know where to change the language , always display chinese to buyer

Does the job, better than many out there and free. What more could you ask for.

Ich finde das Tool bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr gut! Allerdings antworten viele nach erfolgter Anfrage und Beantwortung nicht mehr. Woran das liegt ist mir bisher schleierhaft. Auch werden Gästeanfragen nur mit Kürzeln, die keine Rückschlüsse auf Personen zulassen angezeigt.

Una app que se encuentra limitada en su personalización. No está la opción para mover el chat mediante código.

Why didn't I install this sooner? Great simple little app. Would love to see future additions of email support and a separate option to add a contact form for people who choose not to use the chatbot.

The app is great, we're waiting for Shopify AI integration!
