Now I don't need another app for my online chat. It's easy to set up quick/automated replies. Also has easy customizable options to match your store.

Great overview! LOVE it!!! Use it as an app but alson on the computer. Me and my coworker collects all answers here which helps us know who has answered!
The ONLY APP I pay for in our 16 year old online shop, it's a fantastic app and easy to log in and be active or offline, you can even message all the ones you missed while sleeping right from the chat screen, on any computer you have or phone. The people who ask questions are interested in buying, this gives you the opp to guide them to the checkout full of answers to their questions. Best App ever!
