I use this app daily to talk with my customers. It's really helpful and it works really well on mobile and desktop. Essential tool to a great, real time and authentic, customer service. The only improvement is in the UX, could be faster to reply or answer to a specific question, like some other chat tools. Strongly recommend!

Llevo 3 meses usando esta app va bastante bien y cumple su función solo acotar que el tema de notificaciones si falla un poco, porque a veces me notifica y otras veces no, yo creo que si pudieran arreglar este pequeño bug le daría 5 estrellas a la app.

Horrendous. You can't even read what your customers wrote. You have to go back over to Messenger to see it from your phone. Then you try to delete it and it threatens to make it impossible to work from your phone anymore. What the he double hockey sticks is wrong with your tech department? They are ruining your platform with every change they make and now you've made your company customer service department a joke. You went from user friendly and cutting edge to an albatross around the neck! And no one ever has any answers or credits your account holders for the inconveniences. No personal responsibility and I'm sure you will find some way to hide this review, but you know its the truth! You are taking advantage of small business during a pandemic for all our hard work and struggle. Its shameful.

This is another app (like Shopify Email) that Shopify has released before it is very functional. There is a message to start the chat that you can't get rid of. My customers accidentally set it off and then give up and leave the app. Even the Shopify support person did the same thing.

This app has helped me connect with customers and assist with their questions. The ability to email customers if they disconnect is fantastic. The conversion rate for chat is also a plus!

Boa tarde, preciso uma solucao para meu problema para que volte a funcionar como funcionava a quase 2 anos sem problemas. Nao quero uma solucao para aplicar em mais de 1200 paginas. Por favor, eu pago caro pela plataforma inclusive voces recebem uma comissao em cada venda, para ter meus problemas solucionados, problemas gerados pela propria plataforma. Estou realmente decepcionado com o meu ultimo atendimento que a resposta para meu problema era adicionar uma linha de codigo em todas minhas paginas que me custaria dias de trabalho por uma falha gerado pela propria SHOPIFY.
