Huge potential, but I have to block 30-50 people a day as they're just scammers from weird countries trying to sell you their Shopify services. These scammers then get your social media, phone numbers, email etc and pursue that way too. And it's a lot of hard work to spend most of your day blocking messages, there should be an easy way to filter these out some how, until this gets fixed. Once this issue is fixed, I will re-install the app.

Earlier last month, our development team enabled hCaptcha to Shopify Inbox to help reduce spam and blocking conversations one by one. Good app, works very well. I would like to see the ability to capture a customers Name/Email/Question like all the other major live chat applications.
I am happy this integrates with Apple Business Chat. Although I will not be enabling this until there is further developments with Apple Business Chat.
Thanks for creating an App Shopify, please just bulk it out with some more customisations. Welcome messages when opening the live chat would also be great.

If you can have a mobile version of chat software, it will be more convenient to reply to customer information in a timely manner
So far so good... very easy to set-up, use and manage ongoing whether it be on my mobile or laptop. Thanks for the added functionality Shopify!
Easy to set up and use. We are using to respond to customer service and sales inquiry. Very impressed!
What a pity that we cannot use one Shopify Inbox for 2 shops at the same time (if U want to use Inbox for next shop U need to log out and login). Other things are really great!

I find it hard to use on the mobile app, but desktop is ok. I didn't realise there was an option to turn on notifications on the desktop which would have been useful early on.
After I uninstalled the app, it's not on my apps list anymore. However, the app still appears on my online store homepage on front end, and also on the admin panel on the back end. Please inform me on how to delete it completely from my store. Update: The custom service manager named Sam was very helpful for solving my problem. I even decided to keep the app and use it later. Thank you!
