Why didn't I install this sooner? Great simple little app. Would love to see future additions of email support and a separate option to add a contact form for people who choose not to use the chatbot.
Thanks for making this app. it helps me communicate with my customer easily. I'm new so maybe ill edit it in the future if but if still, good ill leave it like this
Estou gostando bastante do app, muito intuitivo e um bom canal de comunicacao, ja que nossos clientes estao em todas plataformas.
Wir benutzen die App und sind größtenteils zufrieden damit. Gerne hätten wir noch weitere Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, dann würden wir mehr Sterne vergeben. Zum Beispiel würden wir gerne das "Chatte mit uns" vom Wording her ändern

This app does not support image. you won not able to see on your mobile. it's completely disappointed.

The Shopify Inbox app allows you to upload and share images with your customers via your mobile device; I just tested this myself in my iPhone and was able to share an image successfully. I have a iphone and it tells me i have to go to my desk top to pick app i want to add. I cant even get this to work computer say it cant load because its an app and not a program. page just sits and flashes.
