Good basic tool. Would be nice to have more features like what is in the Shopify Support teams chat.

I cannot say enough great things about Shopify Inbox! As a small business owner, I have tried multiple chat apps and always had issues with either high costs or technical difficulties. But then I discovered Shopify Inbox and it was a game-changer. Not only is it affordable (Free), but it has all the features I need to communicate with my customers efficiently. Cant really fault the app.. love the way it picks up the conversation and continues it in the browser even with all the history etc. Shopify programmers really know what they're doing. Been nothing but impressed so far with Shopify
