It's easy to use, and easy to communicate with customers. It's also easy to see from Shopify's back office when there are messages waiting.
Have been using it for over 2 years, and have had no problems so far. Does what it is meant to.
Honestly, its a great app. I've tested a few and this one seems the best in terms of functionality, reliability, easy of use, mobile access.... We uninstalled after the meaningly update to button design and PLACEMENT. The new design options are childish and since we cannot adjust distance from corners, we have had to set up other buttons based off where this button lands.. The update not only ...

this is great for customers that have questions. Please be sure to stay kind and have patience with them and it can actually guarantee your sales. Nothing like them getting the best customer service from the person that started the business themselves. Your the only robot here and its an amazing way to provide customer service.
I recommend this app it easy to use and does a good job.
