Ho recentemente iniziato a usare Shopify Inbox per gestire le comunicazioni con i miei clienti e sono molto soddisfatto. L'app è molto intuitiva e facile da configurare, permettendomi di rispondere rapidamente alle domande dei clienti direttamente dal mio smartphone o computer. La possibilità di integrare anche le chat di Facebook Messenger e SMS è davvero comoda e centralizza tutte le comunicazioni in un unico posto. La funzione di risposte rapide e i messaggi predefiniti mi aiutano a risparmiare tempo nelle conversazioni più frequenti. Consiglio vivamente questa app a chiunque gestisca un negozio online e desideri migliorare la comunicazione con i clienti in modo semplice ed efficiente!

We just made the switch over to inbox, and while you can set hours for chat, it doesn't mean anything apparently because it still sends push notifications to your phone even at 2am, outside of the hours set in the app settings. Super annoying. Seems like a pretty basic issue that should be figured out.

Easy to use, good AI capability with excellent pre-filled suggested answers to questions.

Cons - notifications are poor. You do get a "ping" on desktop that you can easily miss. A constant ring until answered would be better. If it wasn't for the notification on my watch, I would miss lots of customer queries. Also, poor synchronisation with iOS mobile & tablet which show closed conversations as still open.

It makes communication with customers easier. I like the fact that chat with customer is mentioned and linked also in their order history. I would like to be able to format the message, like in mail, before sending it.
