I really like this as an addon to my Shopify store.
I wish I was able to edit and delete sent messages, however.

We have had a fairly good experience; it was initially a rocky start with the interface issues to other selling channels but once those issues were resolved then it has been pretty good.
I would recommend a Shopify Inbox for Shopify Store
It works well, but when you type a response to the customer you have to mouse over to the Send button. On other apps you can just hit enter and it sends your message. It slows you down a little bit.
good till yet no issue while comuniction with buyer.
its good for communication but issue is timing.
because lot of time gap between Asia and north America
over all a nice.
