This is an excellent app for customer follow-up enquiries, but we get duplicate e-mails into our inbox and these tend to pile up.
A suggestion would be for the app developer to add a WhatsApp or similar notice to alert us 24/7 that there is an e-mail (perhaps even including the active link) awaiting our attention. This would lead to far quicker response times across international time lines.
It works really well and I am able to personally assist customers.
great app, but it would be good to have some sort of notification there is an email waiting (like a sound or something)

Good, but i can't get it to work as an app on my phone, that uses Brave as a browser.
This is a really good way to be in touch with your customers and hence convert more
