Customers can get in touch with us quickly letting us resolve issues promptly. We can also give them discounts because of problems or show products that may be a good substitute if they are dissatisfied with a purchase.
Shopify Inbox has helped us to fine tune and streamline our customer service process. The ability to get back to customers on our time frame is a game changer and has helped us to improve our customer service and customer engagement tremendously! Now no question goes unanswered and minimal leads are lost.
I wish the mobile version was free for subscribers
I like the options and the AI responses after reading what the customer said. Very good!
It works. It's nice to have the mobile app too so I can respond to customers during precious family time, like Christmas morning. lol. Seriously though, I do like getting back to customers in a timely manner so I don't lose the sale, and Inbox works seamlessly.
Too easy to use. Customers use it and love it. Makes this one man operation nearly available all the time, even when I'm not sitting at my computer or at the office.
