Works well, other than the iOS app constantly has a "1" notification even if there are no new messages.

I makes customer communication really easy and everything - the inbox and chat are in one place!
I can't get the Chat bubble to disappear from my website home page. It hides the language preference icon and makes navigation difficult. I've asked for help several times and have been waiting for an answer for a week, but nothing happens. I'm really disappointed. This application is neither user-friendly nor logical.

Have looked at other chat apps and they all wanted a monthly fee for something that is super basic. Good
