It's a respectable chat app. Easy to setup, and the notifications are timely. On occasion we have challenges launching the phone app on Android, but 90% of the time it's perfect.

The AI is awesome, it reads the content of the website and creates automatic replies you can edit before sending. They are 90% correct.
The AI generated responses are actually useful and fairly accurate. It is even accurate when it responds to clients in my native language.
The Fraudulent Scam messages must be trashed. The algorithm can check the sender's url - for example one fraudulent sender was from Florida claiming I charged his credit card...the software can check and see that the sender did not order anything.

Great app, improved my conversion rate a bit. Can set it up with the mobile app to get push notifications directly to your phone so you never miss a question. This leads to more sales and brand loyalty. Highly recommend this app.
the app works well , but sometime it creates more then one conversation for a single customer , which makes hard to chat , as some messages were on different chat and some on other.
for the mobile app , i would need a message notification sound of my choice or atleast a sound that is loud enough to hear , sometimes i miss customers messages because of low notification sound.

Telling merchants to deal with Shopify's decision to stop supporting Shop Chat is ridiculous. I will remove Shopify inbox from my store rather than continue having customers believe they are sending messages to me, when, in fact, I cannot even access those messages.
Sometimes great other times annoying as it won't close and you are left with annoyed shoppers who buy elsewhere as they cant ask questions and buy when there are bugs .... it wont let you leave the chat.
Makes such a difference having Shopify inbox as a separate app on my phone so I can essentially be available 24/7 as a one man band. Definitely lead to a large number of sales.
