Easy to interact with customers
At least this app works for what it's supposed to. My experience with add on apps to Shopify has been pretty dismal. This app works and puts important messages right in your store where they need to be.
It has helped my team engage our customer base faster than ever before. Sales have gone up dramatically. Shopify is the best investment we have ever made.
Shopify Inbox is a great way to assist customers , however the app for the mobile device does not send the push notifications for instant reply to the customers and the only reason it gets a four star
it's too difficult to change the notification device. it's going to a device i no longer have

Very easy to use. I have been successfully interacting with clients.

It is wonderful and helps promote sales!
The one thing you REALLY need to add is the ability to put links in quick replies. We have to cut and paste the same links 20-30 times per day and it's frustrating.
Otherwise, it's great!
