Just started with this app. but so far so good :) In the process of learning and understanding the possibilities with Shopify Inbox

I love the app and it really helps me communicate with my customers. Please update a block button for people who want to offer services or people who use it to harass businesses using your service.

It's a good start. It works immediately out of the box. I would like people to be able to enter their names. Pre-done text excerpts for when you're away, or hours available to chat would be great. Saved chats so you can view or respond on desktop would be good too.

The app is nice, what is not nice is that you make me write more than 100 carachters to tell you something that you should care with a few words.
its awesome, i love it. Its really easy to use and I like how i can see if my clients are online. Its so fast too
