It has worked very well. Honestly made the customer service job so much easier for me! The only thing I wish it offered is a way to link the chat to help direct customers to it.
It's easy and works well
Its great except if you have a customer service agent or another email for support questions you cant use this app. It will only send to the store owners email. They really need to change this - most store owners are doing their own support or have a different email even if they are and cant change their stores email to the support email for security reasons.
We use it because it comes with Shopify plus. It's very basic by comparison to LiveChat. It works fine as a starter conversation with customers, however does not provide near the information for the client as LiveChat did.

It does what we need it to do. It could be slightly better with added AI functionalities, but it is free, so there are no complaints.
