The AI response suggestions adapt to your answers which makes it human like. saves heaps of time and most of the time i am happy with the response and just hit enter.
Never had a problem with it but would like some sort of notification like a ding dong to know ive received a message. perhaps there is a feature and i dont know about it?

The app is not too bad. But it would be great if the customer could enter their mobile number as well so we gould text back as a backup. Is this possible?
We have tried many other chat apps and this version of Shopify Inbox has been the easiest for my team and customers to use effectively!
We felt a drastic increase in use by our customers once we switched to Inbox and my team has easily been able to communicate back and forth resolving issues, answering product questions, and supporting our customers.
I would love to have it start automating reponses using AI. By linking with chatgbt it would be so so helpful. When will we see this?

I would like a delete button for emails especially the spammy ones!
I love this feature as it helps us connect with customers world wide. They message us and we can answer to their enquiries.
