Makes such a difference having Shopify inbox as a separate app on my phone so I can essentially be available 24/7 as a one man band. Definitely lead to a large number of sales.
It would be nice to customize further and set hours where the widget is completely offline, but overall coming from zopim, this is a great tool.
excellent, i have instant access to messages which is great when customers are online with issues. they can be resolved easily and effectively. Fast loading and not laggy. glad i moved to Shopify.
Sinds we Shopify Inbox gebruiken, is het contact met klanten veel persoonlijker én sneller geworden. Klanten kunnen direct een vraag stellen terwijl ze aan het shoppen zijn, en ik kan zelfs via mijn mobiel reageren — superhandig.
Wat ik vooral fijn vind:
Je ziet welke producten klanten aan het bekijken zijn terwijl ze chatten.
Je kunt snelle antwoorden instellen, zodat je veelgestelde vragen ...
Solid Product and it works well for our store. I find the AI responses are usually solid for my products and a great jumping off point for a response.
I enjoy the automated responses. Definitely helps cycle through scammers.

The app is not too bad. But it would be great if the customer could enter their mobile number as well so we gould text back as a backup. Is this possible?
This app is very helpful for providing meaningful and helpful responses to our customers and others with interest in our product.
Never had a problem with it but would like some sort of notification like a ding dong to know ive received a message. perhaps there is a feature and i dont know about it?
