Really good, better than Freshchat which we now cancelled. A couple of features that would give this a good 5 stars is emoji's, more instant replies (FAQ) and file uploads (for example PDF). Other than that, we're loving it.

I wish it sends email notifications too. It works well as long as it's open in my browser. I don't think the mobile notifications work at all.

Shopify Inbox does send email notifications (https://bit.ly/3hRz57S) and mobile notification reminders (https://bit.ly/3sURAij). However, if that's not working, then we'd recommend checking over the permissions on the device.

I was not able to see the chat close window on my mobile phone, even though I could see it in shopify preview. On actual mobile phone, it just disrupts my store with no close button

I'm sorry to hear that your customers are having issues on mobile closing the Shopify Chat widget. This can happen when the Shopify Chat button is pushed up when it conflicts with a non-Shopify made theme or a third party app. I will be following up with you via email to troubleshoot this issue with you. Instalação é bem simples, vou começar a ultilizar e ver como a ferramenta se comporta nessa integração.
I have not tried the app yet, only downloaded it. I am hoping that it being a Shopify app it works better than ZenDesk. Zendesk has turned out to always be a problem. I have to reinstall every once in a while. Way too complicated for me.

La verdad es que me han sorprendido, estoy súper contento con esta app, es una pasada, shopify me parece una gran plataforma, esto me ha dejado muy muy muy satisfecho, sigan creando cosas como estas de fantásticas, ayudan mucho a sus clientes y de esta manera, nosotros os recomendamos con amigos/conocidos/etc
The app is great and it definitely has helped us provide better customer support and user experience in our shop.
I wish there was a way to see and respond to chats on your computer. I feel like the Ping app doesn't always send notifications, I often seem to miss messages. It would be so useful to not have to answer on my phone.

Be sure to have the latest Ping version installed on your phone, as we have fixed several recent bugs.

It helps us communicate with our customers. It could be improved if they gave more options on where it is located on the website.
