We are currently using this app. It is okay, we are hoping they will add some more features like, change the sound when a chat comes through, as it is quite low and quick, its easy to be missed. We with their was the option to not be notified when someone updates their cart or returns to the store etc. Would also be a lot better if the offline chats filtered through to an email so you could easily respond to customers who have left a message overnight.

Great app, very useful and helpful to make a sale. I need to play around with other options for how it notifies me, but appears to have capabilities for more interactions

Great integration, more customer interaction than with a third-party app I was using, for some reason Con would be that when set to 'email' customer if offline, every time I press 'enter' it sends an email, and I'd prefer if pressing 'enter' instead just acted as it would in normal text documents or mail managers, where it skips a line - as when typing fast, and not realizing a customer is offline, it ends up sending multiple emails.

In terms of the feedback you've provided regarding how the enter button functions when sending a message to an offline customer, I can see why you'd prefer for the text to skip to the next line rather than sending a message to the customer each time. Great built-in solution from Shopify that allows you to directly talk to customers. It has been very helpful as it allows us to give our expertise and advice to clients when it comes to professional gear.

At the top of the conversation view, you should see the name of the page that the buyer was on when they initiated the conversation. The page information does not update, and it will only reflect the page where the conversation was started.

I would like to use this app as our model relies on personal assistance, however the features are far, far too limited. No option for a customer to leave contact information so if they leave the page all communication is lost on their end. I've found the kit integration to be generally good, but without any continuity for the customer, the app is useless.
