chat icon is directly over Checkout button for some themes and diasables function of it. not recommended...

I love this app, adding a chat feature button really helps our customers make the right decision when checking out, or if they have quick questions, that way they don't need to send emails to us, and if they do send an email, it will take them off our website.

Very good access to customers via app. Not sure if quick replies can be accessed by all staff or just on individual apps.

SO far so good! I was reluctant due to the rating but decided after much thought to give it a try. Its is straightforward layout and easy to manage. I am loving the integration with Apple.

Awesome entry level chat, for startups. Would love to have features like changing the name of the sender (me) to anything I want without changing the main options like the shop name etc. But overall very good, and free. Could not ask for more
